Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Richmond and Wandsworth AMHP Service, ensuring effective and high-quality operations.

• Oversee social supervision for conditionally discharged patients across both boroughs.

• Support and develop AMHP practice, offering guidance to both trainees and experienced practitioners.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key agencies to enhance service delivery and outcomes for service users and carers.

• Collaborate with the South West London and St George’s NHS Trust to ensure joined-up approaches to care.
