This full-time, long-term role is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology graduate keen to gain valuable experience before progressing to a PGCE, Educational Psychology, or other postgraduate pathways.

Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – Your Role:
- Support pupils across different key stages (EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4)
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions (academic, emotional, social)
- Work with children and young people with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
- Assist in creating engaging, inclusive lessons and support in-class learning
- Encourage resilience, positive behaviour, and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Use therapeutic and play/engagement-based strategies to inspire progress
Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
- A 2:1 degree (or higher) in Psychology or a related subject
- Interest in child and adolescent development, SEN, and inclusive education
- Previous experience working with children/young people (schools, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, SEN)
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
- A proactive, energetic approach and genuine desire to make a difference
- Long-term career ambitions in teaching, educational psychology, or mental health support
