What you will do:

• Lead and manage the MASH team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to address complex safeguarding concerns
• Oversee case management to ensure safeguarding decisions are made promptly and effectively
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to team members
• Ensure that policies, procedures, and standards are effectively implemented
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on objectives and plans
• Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the services provided
