Job Title: Prison Cleared Pharmacy Technician
Location: HMP Humber, Everthorpe, UK
Salary: £25.00 – £27.00 per hour
Contract: Locum, Ongoing (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join the team at HMP Humber on an ongoing locum basis. Key Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately dispense and deliver medications to patients.

• Work closely with healthcare staff to maintain and enhance pharmacy services within the prison.

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines on storage and handling of medicines.

• Provide expert pharmaceutical support and advice to colleagues.

• Maintain an organised and efficient pharmacy service to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Qualified and experienced Pharmacy Technician.

• Valid BLS certification and up-to-date MAST training.

• Role falls inside IR35 – compliance documentation will be required.

• Ability to work shifts between 07:30 – 20:30 (37.5 hours per week, unpaid breaks included).

• Weekend work may be required; however, there are no night shifts at this site.

• Immediate availability to start.
