What you will do:
- Provide professional, independent advice to the Fostering Panel and Agency Decision Maker to ensure children in foster care receive high-quality care.
- Uphold fostering regulations while quality-assuring panel reports and processes.
- Facilitate panel meetings and provide expert advice on case permanency and long-term planning for children's futures.
- Contribute to the development of fostering policies while recruiting and training panel members.
- Collaborate closely with social workers to promote child-centred planning and ensure the best outcomes for children in foster care.

Requirements of the Advanced Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work with a valid Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in the UK's Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
- Must have prior experience and be available for a minimum of three days onsite.
