What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments with children and families to identify needs and determine appropriate interventions
- Provide timely and efficient responses to duty calls and manage caseloads effectively
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely reports for assessments and court proceedings

- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in line with professional standards and legislative requirements

Requirements of the Social Worker:
You should possess a degree or equivalent in social work, with current registration with Social Work England. Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker will be crucial for success in this role.
