What you will do:
- Conduct recruitment, visits, and assessments of prospective foster carers using the Form F or Connected Persons assessment template.
- Supervise, support, and facilitate training for a caseload of approved foster carers.
- Analyse complex information gathered during supervision and prepare high-quality reports.
- Contribute to the review and management of foster carers in line with National Minimum Standards.
- Attend court as needed as part of your supervisory or assessment responsibilities, showcasing your ability to present information effectively.

Requirements:
- Social Care Wales registered
- UK Experience working as a qualified Social Worker
