What you will do:

- Respond effectively to referrals from MASH, conducting assessments within a speedy 45-day timeframe.
- Identify and address the needs of children and families, implementing support plans and interventions.
- Work closely with children on child in need plans, managing cases on a short-term basis until either stepping down or escalating to ICPC.
- Collaborate with other professionals, contributing to section 47 enquiries, child protection plans, and assessments.
- Maintain clear and effective communication, advocating for the welfare and safety of children.
- Engage in both remote and office work, with optional full-time office engagement during duty weeks.
- Participate in the duty rota, covering one week in every four, to ensure a responsive service for urgent needs.
