This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Worker with AMHP status to join our dedicated team in the heart of Greenwich. This ongoing, full-time locum position offers a competitive rate of £36 per hour. As an integral part of our team, you will manage a caseload of complex mental health clients within the older adult service, providing vital health and social care interventions. You will also be part of the Central AMHP team rota, coordinating assessments and interventions under the Mental Health Act.

What you will do:
- Manage a caseload of complex mental health clients within the older adult service.
- Provide health and social care interventions, including commissioning care packages and conducting safeguarding investigations.
- Monitor mental state for relapse and recovery, ensuring clients receive necessary support.
- Participate in the Central AMHP team rota, providing assessments and coordination under the Mental Health Act.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
- Availability to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days a week.
