What you will do:

- Conduct thorough S17 and S47 assessments.
- Engage and support children and families to improve outcomes.
- Work closely within a 5-week duty cycle, ensuring most tasks are completed before the next cycle.
- Be present at Lifford House two days a week, with full attendance during duty weeks.
- Collaborate with team members, including five permanent team managers and a dedicated Head of Service.
- Foster a positive impact on the lives of families in South Birmingham.
