What you will do:

Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Strong mentorship abilities with recent managerial experience in roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Extensive frontline experience within Children's Services.
