What you will do:

- Assess the needs of children, young people, and their families using professional principles and statutory frameworks.
- Develop, implement, and review care plans to ensure that they meet the identified needs and risks of service users.
- Use a range of interventions and techniques to support children and families during challenging situations.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and organisations to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
- Record and maintain accurate case notes and reports to support transparent and effective decision-making.

Requirements for the Social Worker:

- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Extensive frontline experience working within UK Social Services as a qualified social worker.
- A strong commitment to improving the welfare of children and families.
