What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and determine appropriate safeguarding interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement detailed care and support plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to individuals, their families, and carers on safeguarding and welfare matters.
- Liaise with external agencies and community resources to ensure coordinated and consistent delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive records of all work undertaken and decisions made.
- Prepare and present detailed reports at meetings and contribute to case reviews.
Requirements for the position:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Substantial experience working on the frontline within UK social services as a qualified social worker.
