What you will do:

- Assist the Team Manager in the efficient organisation, management, and supervision of social care services.
- Take a lead role in strategic planning and service development to ensure top-notch care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Guide your team to achieve high operational standards in compliance with relevant legislation and local policies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Supervise team members in line with departmental policies, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Oversee transitions and planning for adults, in collaboration with the Team Manager and Admin.
- Foster a high-performing environment through effective budgeting, recruitment, and staff development practices.
