Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver a comprehensive and effective social work and occupational therapy service in line with current legislation and best practices.

  • Manage and supervise a team of social care practitioners, including professionals from various backgrounds, ASYE, and student placements. Coordinate induction programmes, set objectives, and complete performance reviews.

  • Serve as an expert practitioner within the service, representing your profession with professionalism by providing oversight, guidance, and advice to colleagues to ensure appropriate and safe decision-making.


Requirements

  • HCPC registration is essential.

  • A valid driving licence is required.
