Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Telford

A friendly and high-achieving primary school in Telford is seeking a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, paid role is ideal for aspiring primary teachers who want to build experience and confidence in a supportive setting.
Your Role Will Include:

Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

Leading small group sessions in literacy and numeracy

Providing one-to-one support for pupils who need extra help

Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom routines

Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
We’re Looking For:

A graduate with a 2:1 or higher (degrees in Education, English, Psychology, or related subjects preferred)

Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about working with children

Experience working with young people through mentoring, tutoring, or volunteering is desirable

Available full-time from September 2025 to July 2026
