The Role

Who We’re Looking For

  • A graduate with a 2:1 or above in any subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, etc.)

  • Some experience working with young people—through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or outreach

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A proactive, supportive, and patient approach to learning

  • A genuine enthusiasm for education and student success
