What you will do:
- Deliver professional assessments and interventions as a Registered Occupational Therapist for individuals with severe and significant mental illnesses.
- Apply your specialist knowledge of person-centred care to devise and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Employ your expertise in psychosocial interventions effectively to enhance patient outcomes.
- Work within community mental health services to address the mental health needs of adults, collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, carers, and colleagues, ensuring holistic care delivery.
Experience required includes a minimum of 2 years in community mental health services focused on adults and older adults. You must also hold an HCPC registration. A car driver is preferable to facilitate travel across multiple sites.
