What you will do:

- Lead and manage the team to ensure high-quality social work practice and delivery of services for children leaving care.
- Oversee complex casework, providing supervision and guidance to develop effective care plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Collaborate with other agencies and partners to ensure coordinated and comprehensive support for young people.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
