Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support the growth of a globally recognised quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand. This field-based, 12-month fixed-term contract role covers the South of the UK and places you at the heart of driving fair, consistent, and compliant people practices across the restaurant estate.
You’ll be a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing expert guidance on all employee relations matters while contributing to a culture rooted in respect, development, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance, and appeals
- Provide expert coaching and support to line managers to ensure fair and consistent outcomes
- Monitor ER trends and risks, and escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately
- Ensure compliance with company policy and UK employment legislation
- Support the development and delivery of ER-related training
- Produce regular reporting and analysis on ER activity across your region
- Promote best practices and help strengthen ER capability across the business
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience managing employee relations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong and current working knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to build trust at all levels
- Comfortable working independently and managing a dynamic, field-based workload
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) preferred
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly across the Southern UK
