What you will do:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow selected specialty lines, working closely with key influencers including GPs and local businesses.
- Partner with consultants and referrers to support the hospital growth plan and develop targeted growth referral strategies.
- Collaborate with Nuffield multi-disciplinary teams to create bespoke solutions for corporate clients as part of specialty growth.
- Provide innovative solutions for GPs and build brand loyalty among key audiences.
- Utilise effective marketing and event planning skills to position the hospital as a leader in CPD education.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders using CRM systems and report on activities to the Director of Operations.

Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Effective team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

Desirable:
- Previous experience in a private hospital setting.
- Understanding of the private healthcare sector and ability to engage with senior healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
