What you will do:
- Be responsible for case holding CIN work within the team.
- Provide weekly supervision and oversight on the children's records.
- Ensure any risks are swiftly discussed and escalated with the locality team manager.
- Implement effective strategies to deliver high-quality services for children and families.
- Lead the team to achieve successful outcomes and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work with current Social Work England registration.
- Recent managerial experience, ideally within a role as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Extensive frontline experience in Children's Services, showcasing your ability to manage teams and cases effectively.
