What you will do:

• Work collaboratively with the management team to develop, progress, and improve the services delivered by Direct Services.

• Promote the rights of all customers, ensuring their wishes and aspirations are at the forefront of service delivery.

• Lead and inspire your team through training and development opportunities, ensuring the highest level of care provision.

• Develop creative, outcome-based approaches to care, tailored to meet the individual needs of service users.

• Focus on the Autistic agenda, developing funding streams and expanding social enterprise projects to enhance community engagement and support.
