What You Will Do:

• Undertake robust assessments and develop effective care and safeguarding plans for children and families.

• Handle Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases, delivering timely interventions and support.

• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure children’s needs are met in a holistic and sustainable way.

• Prepare clear and comprehensive case documentation to support decision-making and care planning.

• Attend team meetings and case discussions, contributing to a culture of reflection and improvement.
