Warehouse Operative pay:

£12.21 per hour

Warehouse Operative role:

* Picking and packing customers orders
* Working in ambient and chilled environments (0 - 5 degrees)
* Personal Shoppers would be expected to pick over 400 items an hour depending on the work area
* The work is physical and will involve lots of walking (on average 20km) from station to station up and down stairs over 10 hour shifts
* De-kitting dollies to generate empty totes for bagging and frameload
* Loading totes of shopping up to 17.5kg onto frames 350 times an hour
* Manually transferring loaded dollies onto trailers and vans
* De-kitting dollies and moving them around the site using Mechanical Handling Equipment
* Despatch is a physically demanding role working in a chilled environment (0 - 5 degrees) over a 10 hour shift
* The role does involve a lot of repetitive heavy lifting and manual handling
* Receiving and decanting goods from suppliers into totes
* Working in ambient and chilled (0 - 5 degrees) environment and freezer (-24 degrees)
* Personal Shoppers would be expected to decant 13580 - 15800 items an hour (depending on work area)
* The work is physical and will involve long periods of standing and moving from station to station
* The role does involve lots of lifting and manual handling
