Through our Step Forward programme—developed in partnership with Plymouth City Council—we’re looking for compassionate and skilled Behavioural Therapists to support young people and adults overcoming trauma, mental health challenges, or complex behavioural needs.

You’ll work directly with individuals in supported living or transitional settings, delivering targeted interventions that promote emotional regulation, self-awareness, and long-term growth.

• Based in Plymouth or surrounding areas

• Qualified in CBT, DBT, counselling, psychology, or behaviour analysis

• Experienced in working with vulnerable or high-risk individuals

• Skilled in delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions

• Reflective, patient, and emotionally resilient

• Able to work flexibly as a self-employed practitioner
