Your Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of CIN, CP, and CIC, including PLO and Section 31 cases.

• Complete statutory visits, conduct assessments, and build strong working relationships with children and families.

• Chair CIN and Core Group Meetings and attend Initial and Review Child Protection Conferences (ICPCs and RCPCs).

• Prepare Court Reports, Parenting Assessments, and Risk Assessments to a high standard.

• Provide court attendance and support, often with a Senior Practitioner or Team Manager.

• Contribute to the Duty Rota, offering critical support to colleagues and service users.
