What You Will Do

• Lead and chair reviews for care plans of looked-after children and pathway plans for care leavers.

• Occasionally chair Child Protection Conferences as required.

• Ensure that all reviews are compliant with statutory requirements and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes.

• Collaborate with children, families, and multi-agency professionals to deliver a holistic safeguarding approach.

• Travel locally and occasionally out of borough for face-to-face reviews and support visits.
