What You Will Do

• Undertake comprehensive assessments and create tailored intervention plans for children at risk or in need.

• Collaborate closely with partner agencies to deliver integrated safeguarding services.

• Apply and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and national guidance on child welfare and protection.

• Represent children and families at case conferences and safeguarding meetings, ensuring their needs and voices are heard.

• Operate in a hybrid model, combining in-office and field work—a valid driving licence is essential.
