What you will do:
- Provide clinical and professional leadership, ensuring effective governance for staff working in your allocated area or service.
- Collaborate with the professional lead to ensure all staff are clinically competent, and that services are effective and safe, delivering an excellent patient experience.
- Foster interdisciplinary working and implement cross-skilling for all team members, incorporating competency frameworks.
- Provide expert clinical advice for managing complex patient cases.
- Conduct specialist clinical assessments and interventions for highly complex patient scenarios as needed.
To excel in this role, you must be HCPC registered and a capable car driver, ready to lead and inspire your team to success.
