What you will do:

• Work as a member of the Complex Occupational Therapy Service handling a clinical caseload of individuals with complex multiple pathologies.
• Assist in evaluating and supporting people with a range of psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioural, social problems or age-related conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
• Provide hands-on support in therapeutic activities and interventions to aid in patient rehabilitation and recovery.
• Document treatment progress meticulously, ensuring clear communication with the multidisciplinary team.

Essential requirements include HCPC registration and the ability to drive, expanding the scope of your responsibility and ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
