About the Role: Graduate Geography Teaching Assistant

• Start Date: September
• Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
• Location: Oxford
• Salary: Up to £540 per week (depending on experience)
• Work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging Geography lessons
• Provide targeted support to students in Key Stages 3 and 4
• Assist with lesson planning, classroom management, and small group interventions
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Candidate Requirements: Graduate Geography Teaching Assistant

• A 2:1 or above in Geography or a related discipline (e.g., Environmental Science, Geology)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about education and supporting young people
• Able to explain complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way
• Looking to pursue a career in teaching, education, or youth work
