What you will do:

- Patient Care & Support: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Deliver therapeutic interventions and support recovery-focused care. Administer and monitor medication in line with NMC standards.
- Risk & Safeguarding: Carry out risk assessments and respond to incidents appropriately. Safeguard vulnerable adults and children, escalating concerns as required.
- Teamwork & Communication: Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, OTs, and families. Participate in ward rounds, handovers, and care reviews.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in line with legal and professional requirements. Adhere to policies, clinical governance, and NMC Code of Conduct.
