Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist specialising in Paediatric Dysphagia, based in the charming town of Chertsey. What you will do:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose communication and feeding/swallowing disorders in young children.

  • Create and deliver tailored therapy plans to meet the specific needs of each child.

  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers, providing education and support to help manage dysphagia challenges at home.

  • Work alongside paediatricians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in line with regulatory and clinical standards.

  • Stay current with best practices and research in paediatric speech and language therapy and dysphagia.


Requirements:

  • HCPC registration is essential.

  • Paediatric dysphagia experience is required.

  • A valid UK driving licence is necessary due to travel between settings.

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for early years intervention are key to success in this role.
