What you will do:

• Deliver assessments and therapy for adults with learning disabilities and swallowing difficulties.

• Create, implement, and review person-centred treatment plans.

• Offer training and advice to patients, carers, and families to support communication and safe swallowing.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate and professional records in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.

• Experience in working with adult learning disabilities and dysphagia.

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred due to the community-based nature of the role.
