What you will do:

• Maintain the pharmaceutical aspects of Trust-adopted studies as per current legislation and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure the pharmacy needs of the Trust are understood and met, including negotiation for resources, capacity, and financing to meet Trust operational objectives.

• Provide training and guidance to pharmacy staff participating in clinical trials, enhancing the efficiency and knowledge of the team.

• Demonstrate effective communication skills with research teams, ensuring all pharmacy-related needs are compliant and operational.

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies, navigating complex clinical trial environments smoothly.
