About the Role: Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Ealing, London

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of a vibrant and forward-thinking school in Ealing, helping to shape young minds through curiosity, creativity, and care. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role designed to give you a deep insight into life in a modern primary school — no two days will be the same!

From launching mini science experiments to supporting literacy through storytelling and phonics games, you’ll be involved in making learning meaningful and fun. You’ll work closely with pupils of varying abilities, assisting with their academic progress and well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing: Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Ealing

• Supporting pupils during lessons and helping them stay focused
• Leading small group interventions and offering 1:1 academic support
• Assisting class teachers with planning, preparation, and classroom routines
• Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting children with additional needs, including SEN or EAL, where needed

What We’re Looking For: Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Ealing

• A recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred) in Education, Psychology, English, or a related subject
• A strong interest in education and child development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to adapt
• Experience working with children (formal or informal) is desirable
