What you will do:

• Support and supervise foster carers to ensure they provide excellent care that meets the needs of children according to their care plans.

• Ensure that safeguarding remains a priority and that all households comply with the National Minimum Standards for fostering.

• Manage and supervise a caseload, contributing to the ongoing development and training of around 190 fostering households.

• Conduct annual reviews, run foster carer support groups, and assist in the identification of suitable placements for children.

• Collaborate with a busy yet welcoming team, taking part in team initiatives and contributing to an uplifting team culture.
