KPi Education is working in partnership with a wide network of primary, secondary and specialist SEN schools across London, and we are currently recruiting talented, driven and ambitious graduates to join schools as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September 2025.

Whether your interest lies in mainstream education or specialist SEN settings, this is your opportunity to gain paid classroom experience, build a robust foundation for a career in teaching, and receive full support while exploring your professional path.

What We’re Offering:

  • Full-time, term-time positions in top London schools
  • Choice of roles in primary, secondary or SEN education

  • Weekly pay up to £500–£650, depending on experience and setting
  • Opportunities to progress into School Direct, PGCE or SEND training pathways in 2026

We’re Looking For:

  • Graduates (or final-year students) from Top 20 or Russell Group universities
  • Strong academic background and subject knowledge
  • Clear passion for working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to pursue a long-term career in education or special educational needs
  • Previous experience working with children (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential
