We are searching for a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant who:

• Holds a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, English, or a related subject from a Top-30 university
• Has a strong academic background with solid GCSE and A-Level results
• Radiates positivity, patience and emotional intelligence
• Is imaginative, playful and empathetic, someone who can make learning feel like play
• Wants to pursue a long-term career in education, child development, or SEN
• Is willing to throw themselves into the rhythm of school life with enthusiasm, resilience, and heart

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant: Your Magical Mission

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, no two days will be the same, but each one will be full of small victories, meaningful moments and shared joy. You will:

• Support the Class Teacher with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and classroom organisation, helping create a calm and creative environment for all learners
