We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our Children and Families Team in Stroud, equipped with safeguarding experience to lead, manage, and be accountable for a team of Social Workers delivering statutory duties and enhancing services for children, young people, and families. You should be familiar with court work, child protection, children in need, and children in care, and experienced in supervising and quality assuring a team of dedicated Social Workers. This role offers a balance of working from home and from the office, but you'll initially spend more time in the office to help build team cohesion and stability.

• Lead and manage a team of Social Workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery to children, young people, and families.
