Calling all skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapists! We have an exciting ongoing opportunity for you to join the Front Door Services team at Morriston Hospital in the beautiful city of Swansea, UK. This full time locum position offers an hourly rate of £28 and is perfect for those ready to make a difference while enjoying a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 0800 – 1600.

What you will do:

• Assess and implement effective occupational therapy interventions for patients at the "front door" to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow through the hospital.
• Develop personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs, promoting independence and optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and patient-centred care.
• Maintain high-quality records and documentation in line with HCPC standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvements and innovations.

HCPC registration is essential for this role.
