What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored support plans for children and families.
• Manage complex caseloads, ensuring positive outcomes through effective interventions and detailed reviews.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
• Lead and support care proceedings while closely working with CP and CIN children.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to junior staff and new team members.
• Foster strong relationships with external agencies to ensure a robust support network for families.
