This ongoing opportunity invites a highly skilled SLT to join a bustling Acute Ward team at Northwick Park Hospital, where you'll provide specialist services to children aged 0-5 and adolescents facing challenges such as dysphagia, social communication differences, autism, and complex needs. As an autonomous practitioner, you'll make a remarkable impact on the health and well-being of our young patients.

What you will do:

• Manage your own caseload, covering Jack's Place on the Acute Ward.
• Provide expert speech and language therapy to premature neonates, babies, children, and young people.
• Collaborate with medical and community colleagues to address communication and swallowing needs.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate within health, education, and social services.
• Engage with families, offering guidance and support to improve outcomes for children and adolescents.

Required:

• HCPC registration.
• Car driver with the ability to travel between locations as required.
