What you will do:

• Hold and manage a caseload of children who are in the care of the Local Authority, ensuring every child receives the best possible support.
• Work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in court proceedings, prepare written reports, and give evidence as required.
• Regularly visit children in their placements to monitor their wellbeing and progress.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure a cohesive approach to the children's care and support.
