Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely and comprehensive initial assessments of referrals, often in collaboration with Police Child Abuse and Investigation Teams.

• Manage a varied caseload including Child Protection, Children in Need, and Looked After Children.

• Address complex cases involving No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) and develop well-structured, needs-led plans.

• Work directly with children, families, and professionals to gather information and create meaningful interventions.

• Maintain high standards of documentation and case recording in line with Bromley’s policies and procedures.
