Year 5 Teacher opportunity in Malvern Primary School – Full-time Supply Teacher

Job Role:

• Delivering the National Curriculum to a well-behaved Year 5 class
• Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with school policies
• Marking and assessing pupils’ work and tracking progress
• Participating in staff meetings and CPD opportunities as needed
• Ensuring safeguarding and behaviour policies are followed
• Working as aClass Teacher in a long-term position running until the end of the academic year

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Experience teaching in Primary School settings
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Previous experience delivering PPA cover work across the primary age range is desirable
• Confident classroom management and ability to adapt teaching to suit pupils’ needs
• Comfortable working as a Supply Teacher or Class Teacher in long-term roles
