Key Responsibilities

• Carry out initial assessments to determine the needs, strengths, and risks associated with children and families.

• Engage directly with children and families to develop informed and effective care and support plans.

• Work collaboratively within a multi-agency Duty & Assessment Team to ensure coordinated and high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records in line with statutory and organisational requirements.

• Participate actively in team meetings, training, and development activities to continually enhance practice and outcomes.
