What you will do:

- Provide direct patient care without direct supervision and ensure continuity of practice.
- Act as a named nurse, ensuring accurate mental health clustering from admission to discharge.
- Involve patients and carers in care planning whenever possible.
- Keep clinical practice consistent with the Care Programme Approach.
- Identify personal learning and training needs and participate actively in personal development plans.
- Engage in clinical audit and clinical governance activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide clinical supervision.
- Liaise effectively with a multi-disciplinary team and participate in meetings.
- Mentor students, assist in recruitment, and support new staff induction.
- Maintain high standards of record keeping and report incidents in alignment with Trust guidelines.
