What you will do:

- Conduct assessments as part of the fostering approval process and provide comprehensive support to foster carers
- Work collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children in care
- Develop and implement care plans in line with legal and procedural requirements
- Engage in supervision and continuous professional development to enhance practice
- Monitor and review placements to maintain quality and safeguarding standards
